One woman was hit in the leg by a bullet that ricocheted and taken to University Hospital to be treated.

SAN ANTONIO — A woman was injured in some sort of altercation that took place at an after hours bar just north of downtown in Olmos Park, police say.

When officers arrived, they found a 31-year-old woman with a wound to her leg from a bullet that apparently richocheted after shots were fired. She was taken to University Hospital to be treated for her injuries.

Police say there were two groups of woman that got into some type of disagreement and guns were drawn and fired.

This is a developing story.
