SAN ANTONIO — A teenager was taken to the hospital with burns after a fire broke out in a home on the north side of San Antonio Sunday afternoon.
San Antonio firefighters responded to the 21800 block of Dolomite Drive near TPC Parkway and Highway 281 around 1:24 p.m. for reports of a fire. A second person believed to be 80 years old was also taken to the hospital as a precaution, officials say.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The home suffered significant damage to at least one room, firefighters say. The rest of the home had smoke damage.
This is a developing story.
