SAN ANTONIO — Someone in San Antonio has a few million reasons to be happy after their numbers were drawn in the Texas Lottery.
They purchased a winning Mega Millions ticket from an H-E-B located in southeast San Antonio and just won a cool $3 million.
The drawing took place on November 12.
The winning ticket was purchased at H-E-B located at 4100 South New Braunfels.
The winning Mega Millions ticket matched all five of the white ball numbers drawn (18-31-33-64-68), but not the Mega Ball number (17). The Megaplier number was 3.
Mega Millions is played by choosing five numbers from a field of 70 and one Mega Ball number from the second field of 25 numbers. To win the Mega Millions jackpot, players must match all six numbers drawn including the Mega Ball. Players matching fewer numbers may not win the jackpot, but still walk away winners.
Drawings are broadcast each Tuesday and Friday at 10:12 p.m. CT.
