CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — The Coastal Fisheries- Texas Parks and Wildlife soon release their one-billionth hatchery-reared fish.
The baby red drum was raised at the marine hatchery center and will be released with its most recent batch of siblings to enhance the natural population.
But-- as you can see-- it needs a name.
