KINGSVILLE, Texas — In South Texas, the holiday season doesn't really get underway without the music, lights, and cowboy life of Ranch Hand Weekend.

The weekend takes place November 17-18 and is packed with events from the traditional Ranch Hand Breakfast at the historic King Ranch to the annual tree lighting and country concert.

Below are just some of the events going on for the weekend.

  • Friday, November 17, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Holiday Wine Walk & Tree Lighting
  • Saturday, November 18, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. 32nd Annual King Ranch® Ranch Hand Breakfast

  • Saturday November 18, 6:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Ranch Hand Weekend Country Concert with Doug Stone and Collin Raye.

Doug Stone will kick off the concert. He is known for his 90’s hits “I’d Be Better Off (In a Pine Box),” and “In a Different Light.”
