Two 16-year-olds arrested after crashing stolen vehicle, police say

The incident happened at the corner of Callaghan and Horizon Hill just after 4:30 p.m.

SAN ANTONIO — Two teenagers were arrested after the stolen vehicle they were in crashed on the northwest side Monday, police said.

The incident happened at the corner of Callaghan and Horizon Hill just after 4:30 p.m.

Police say two teens, both 16 years old, were spotted by officers in an active stolen vehicle. The car crashed out at entrance to a retail area. 

Neither of them were hurt but they were both taken into custody. The teenage boy was charged with evading arrest, unauthorized use of a vehicle, and another active warrant. The teenage girl was arrested for unlawful carrying of a weapon.
