Two suspects arrested for street racing, BCSO says

BCSO deputies responded and initiated a traffic stop on Saturday. One vehicle was pulled over and the driver was placed in custody.

SAN ANTONIO — Two suspects were arrested Saturday morning for street racing, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.

Ernest Joseph Lemons and Collins Festus Ettah were arrested after deputies responded and initiated a traffic stop on the far west side of town.

Deputies pulled over one vehicle and the driver was placed in custody. 

The second vehicle was spotted on Westwood Loop at Culebra Road and a second traffic stop was initiated. The suspect fled from the location and deputies spotted the vehicle moments later and pulled them over. 

Both vehicles, a KIA Stinger and aDodge Charger were impounded and both drivers were placed in custody.
