SAN ANTONIO — Wagner High School was briefly placed on lockdown Tuesday morning after three men evading police in a stolen vehicle bailing near the school, according to BCSO.
This situation began just before 11 a.m. at the Judson ISD school located on North Foster Road on the northeast side of town. By 11:45 a.m., BCSO said all the suspects were accounted for and the school's lockdown was lifted.
BCSO says patrol deputies spotted a Kia that had indications it was stolen. As they attempted to pull it over, the car was dumped at the Wagner campus as three suspects fled the scene. It turned into a foot pursuit by deputies.
The unidentified suspects were charged with burglary and evading arrest. charges of burglary and evading arrest.
