Woman accused of taking ID info from lost wallet, posting to Facebook

A 20-year-old woman could face jail time after allegedly posting someone else's personal ID information on her Facebook page. It started when Chidera Ogoke found a wallet along with an officer's badge at her apartment complex gym, police said.

SAN ANTONIO -- The Bexar County Sheriff's Office says a 20-year-old woman is accused of posting photos of a law enforcement badge, a driver's license and another ID on her Facebook page.

Chidera Ogoke, 20, is charged with Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information.

The charging document states theitems were found in a wallet she picked up at a gym at an apartment complex in the 6800 block of UTSA Boulevard.

Ogoke turned the wallet in, but not before she took photos of the IDs, investigators said.

Authorities also said the suspect wrote on her Facebook comment section:

His card and everything was in there!!!! I returned it to lost and found, but I got his card info. So any day I want pizza or something (sic) online...

The charge is a state jail felony that could carry up to a two-year jail sentence if she is convicted.
