SAN ANTONIO — A woman was shot and killed October 18 in the parking lot of a car wash on the east side of town, police say.
San Antonio Police responded to the 4200 block of North Foster Road near Binz Engleman Road around 7:30 p.m. for reports of a shooting in progress.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found the victim, identified as 28-year-old Meagan Turner, fatally shot in the back seat of her car in the car wash parking lot.
Witnesses said that three men were seen running away after the shooting, but police do not have any suspects in custody.
