SAN ANTONIO — One woman was shot in the back by multiple people at an apartment complex Thursday night, according to San Antonio Police.
The incident took place on the 4900 block of Gus Eckert around 9:30 p.m. Thursday.
Officials say a man and a woman in their 30s walked outside after hearing someone mess with their cars in the apartment's parking lot. Police say this is when four people got out of a car and started shooting.
One woman was hit in the back and sent to the hospital. She is expected to be okay.
An investigation is ongoing.
