BEXAR COUNTY -- Bexar County continues to shatter records when it comes to early voting and you still have a few days to beat the mad dash of Election Day.

While long wait times are expected on Nov. 8, some early voters have already run into long lines. That’s why Eyewitness News Wants to Know where are the quickest polling sites for the remainder of early voting.

It’s not a typical election year and it's been proven with record breaking early voter turnout so far.

Viewer video submitted to KENS 5 showed a massive line during the first week of early voting at Wonderland of the America’s Mall. However, it’s also one of the most popular places to vote.

In fact, it’s the second most popular after Brook Hollow Library.

When you look at a map of the 10 most visited polling sites, basically all of them can be found north of 410. The 10 slowest polling locations have been closer to the heart of the city, or south side, even far south Bexar County.

KENS 5 stopped by the Bexar County elections office just west of downtown Monday and timed John Peters from the moment he walked in, to the moment when he walked out. It took him six minutes and 15 seconds to perform his civic duty.

“It was super quick. I honestly thought it was going to be a little longer than it was,” Peters said.

KENS 5 also went to Lions Park and saw two people walk in to vote. No line and it only took them about six to seven minutes to vote.

Below are the top 10 busiest and slowest polling locations through early voting so far. Voting totals are also updated daily on the county website.
