A second arrest has been made in connection to the shooting death of a former Army medic.
Jennifer Nicole Johnson, 26, was arrested Wednesday by the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force. Police believe she and Zachary Duncan, 28, acted together in shooting and killing Pilar Danielle Horton-Garcia.
Horton-Garcia was found on April 30 along a railroad service trail in the 8700 block of Evans Road. She was a mother of four and enlisted into the service the day after 9/11, according to her ex-husband.
Duncan was arrested in early June for his alleged involvement in the murder.
Johnson is currently being held in custody at the Bexar County Sheriff's Office.
