SEGUIN, Texas — The Seguin Police Department is looking for a man in connection with a murder last month.
According to police, Juan Osorio is wanted for the murder of 46-year-old Alvaro Carrillo Sotelo. That murder happened on December 14, 2018 on the 600 block of Dolle Avenue in Seguin.
Osorio is 51 years old, with brown eyes and black hair, according to Seguin Police. He is about 5-foot-5.
