SAN ANTONIO — Friends and family are coming to grips with the death of Harlan High School junior Shomari Anderson.
The football player's girlfriend posted a tribute video on her Twitter account over the weekend that has since garnered over one million views and 50,000 likes.
"To the love of my life... I hope you find Rest In Peace my love." the video's caption read.
Anderson died in a car crash Saturday morning.
The Harlan Hawk Football team posted a statement about the well-known junior to Twitter on Saturday.
