SAN ANTONIO — The last time San Antonio Spurs-themed license plates were available to fans was on Sept. 30, 2023.
And after a long hiatus, Silver and Black fans who missed out the first time can show their Spurs pride as they cruise in their car to the next home game at the Frost Bank Center.
MyPlates is now offering Spurs license plates, but only in the Fiesta colorway design. This design features the team's primary logo, "San Antonio Spurs" written across the bottom, the Fiesta colors behind it, and shapes reflecting the 1990s colorway.
The retro-Spurs color license plate design can be purchased for background only for $50 a year for a 1-year term or $175.00 for a 5-year term. This comes out to $35 per year.
In addition, Texans can also purchase their Spurs plate using a unique link that offers a $50 rebate. Now that's a slam dunk!
MyPlates is also offering other Texas pro-team license plates from the Dallas Cowboys (three variations), Houston Texans and the Dallas Stars.
In 2023, the Spurs-themed license plate was the best-selling basketball-themed plate and ranked in the top three of Texas sports teams, behind the Dallas Cowboys and the Houston Astros.
Do not wait and hurry to get your Spurs license plates. You don't want to pass up on this and see them go away for another long period of time.
