Five things to watch: Spurs vs. Lakers

Can the Spurs end their 18-game losing skid?

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs (3-20) will host the Los Angeles Lakers (15-10) tonight. The Spurs are currently on a historic 18-game losing skid and will be looking for a measure of revenge against the Lakers.

GAME REWIND

The Spurs are coming off a home loss versus the Lakers, 122-119.

Victor Wembanyama finished with 30 points and 13 rebounds. Doug McDermott recorded three points. Zach Collins had 10 points and two rebounds in the loss. Jeremy Sochan had five points and five assists. Keldon Johnson added 28 points and five rebounds. Devin Vassell recorded 13 points.

"We took care of the ball, at least a little bit, not like in the first half. We tried to step up the intensity as well," said Wembanyama. "I don't think it comes down to set plays or tactics. I think it's just playing hard. Playing smart. In the first half, we had neither of those."
