SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs (10-42) will visit the Brooklyn Nets (20-31) tonight. This will be the third game of the team's annual Rodeo Trip. San Antonio is on a six-game losing skid.
GAME REWIND
The Spurs are coming off a road loss versus the Magic, 127-111.
Victor Wembanyama recorded 15 points and one rebound. Jeremy Sochan had nine points and two rebounds. Cedi Osman added three points off the bench. Devin Vassell recorded a team-high 30 points in the loss. Tre Jones added 10 points and six assists.
"It's just a development situation. The challenges are teaching young guys that have never really had the time to get the fundamentals in a lot of different ways. It's development in both ends of the court. Simple things," Gregg Popovich said. "Some things take a little bit more time because they're nuanced, but the challenges are not skipping steps and getting people to understand what it takes to win and what it takes to lose. How to become a better teammate."
