Josephine St. announces its annual 'Spurs Pep Rally'; Spurs announce collab with BWT Alpine Formula One Team

The Spurs-BWT Alpine Formula One Team collection will officially debut on Oct. 14 at the Paris Motor Show.

SAN ANTONIO — Here's another sign that the start of the San Antonio Spurs 2024-25 season is nearing: the annual Josephine St.'s Spurs pep rally is just days away.

The San Antonio restaurant has announced when its annual Silver and Black pep rally will begin today, Wednesday, Oct. 2, at 4 p.m. 

"It's that time of year again! Get ready for our annual Spurs Pep Rally occurring Wednesday, October 2nd, from 4p-7p in the parking lot," Josephine St. shared.

According to the restaurant, special guests, performers, vendors, snacks, and margaritas will be served to those attending.

The pep rally will be held at 400 E Josephine St., 78215.

SPURS ANNOUNCE COLLAB FOR BWT ALPINE FORMULA ONE TEAM

The Spurs and BWT Alpine Formula One Team unveiled a new headwear and clothing collaboration, produced in partnership with global lifestyle brand New Era. 

The line features five pieces, featuring elements of the Spurs and Alpine’s core branding and the Spurs' black, white, and silver colorway. 

The retail collection will be available for purchase online at SpursFanShop.com, AlpineCars.com, NewEraCap.eu, and NewEraCap.com at 4 p.m. BST and 10 a.m. Central on Monday, Oct. 14, and in person that day at the Paris Motor Show. 

It will also be available at Spurs and BWT Alpine Formula One Team retail pop-up locations at the Formula 1 United States Grand Prix at COTA in Austin, TX, from Friday, Oct. 18, through race day on Sunday, Oct. 20.

“We are hugely excited to collaborate with San Antonio Spurs and New Era to release this special edition capsule collection ahead of BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s return to Austin for the United States Grand Prix, which also coincides with the 2024 Paris Motor Show,” said Oliver Oakes, Team Principal of BWT Alpine Formula One Team in a release. “Racing in Texas is always an amazing experience and to do so while teaming up with one of the State’s top sporting organizations makes it even more special.”

“The Spurs share BWT Alpine Formula One Team’s drive and determination to strive for greatness, compete to win and serve as leaders in our leagues,” said Jordan Mandelkorn, Associate Vice President of Marketing & Creative Studio at Spurs Sports & Entertainment in a release. “This capsule collection brings together two global sports forces, resulting in some unique pieces, and we’re all looking forward to seeing these pieces courtside and trackside, from Paris to Texas and beyond.”

The Spurs announced that the collection's official debut will take place on Oct. 14 at the Paris Motor Show, which coincides with the team playing games in France.
