Several Spurs reunited at San Antonio's Specht's

Matt Bonner, Manu Ginobili, and Fabricio Oberto reunited at the San Antonio staple.

SAN ANTONIO — Former San Antonio Spurs forward Matt Bonner captured a reunion with a few of his former Silver and Black teammates at Specht's Bar and Grill.

The former Spurs TV analyst met with Manu Ginobili and Fabricio Oberto and shared the moments on social media.

With just a cowboy emoji, Bonner, Ginobili, and Oberto flashed their smiles for the selfie.

Oh to be listening in to their conversations. Can you imagine the Spurs stories they might reminisce over a plate of Specht's BBQ?

And Bonner was not done with his former Spurs teammate tour.

He joined George Hill for the Walk Among Heros event, which provides once-in-a-lifetime trips with World War II veterans, celebrating its 15th anniversary.

Oberto, Hill, and Ginobili are still in San Antonio despite no longer playing for the Spurs.

Oberto makes community appearances for the team, Ginobili helps with player development, and Hill continues to organizes kids' basketball camps in San Antonio.

As for Bonner, he has left the Spurs as a TV analyst and will be heading back to Toronto, where his NBA career began, to cover the Raptors, co-hosting “The Raptors Show” on Sportsnet The Fan 590.

"I’m excited to have a new team to cover. I’m excited for the challenge of covering a new team, working with new people, and doing a radio show. I’ve never done radio before," Bonner told The Athletic.

However, he is still a Spur at heart.

"I love the Spurs. I’ll be a Spur for life. I played there 10 years and worked there for eight years. So, for 18 years, I was all-in on the Spurs," he said.
