The Spurs are 9-36 on the season and will next host the Minnesota Timberwolves on Saturday night for the second game of a back-to-back.

Here's a sample of what the teams said after the game.

SPURS

Coach Gregg Popovich:

"In the second quarter, we held them to 24 (points) and that's pretty good. it could be that they (Blazers) just missed shots but it's still 24 (points). It's a nice change."

"There have been times where we turned it over too much or not shot well but we're pretty consistent with sharing the ball."

Wembanyama:

"It felt like everything was falling in their (Keldon Johnson and Jeremy Sochan) hands you know? It's great to see this progress being made."

"His (Sochan) energy reminds me of that game he had against the Hawks, the first one. When he plays like that he's a great player in every aspect of the game. It makes me happy to see that."

Sochan:

"I think as a team, we didn't play our best against OKC. Coming out strong and we had a couple of ups and downs but overall I feel like we played with pace, we played together, and all that matters and defense. We got the win. So, hopefully, we can bring that tomorrow and for every other game."
