SAN ANTONIO — Southside business Til Midnight Urgent Care is asking for help locating stolen San Antonio Spurs artwork.
According to the business, its office was burglarized on Dec. 2, and three Spurs paintings by local artist Mel Cervantes were taken from the break room. This was the second burglary the business has suffered.
"On December 2 around 4 a.m., someone bashed our windows of the suite and stole the 3 paintings I bought from local artist Mel Cervantes and proudly hung in our break room as a devout Spurs fan.
If you see any of these items for sale please DM us and we'll update our SAPD report/case. This is not a plea for pity but rather a call for local support," the business shared with Live From The Southside.
If you have any information, you can visit the office at 1114 SW Military, 78221. The phone number is: 210-201-1919.
CHRIS PAUL APPROVES OF HIS CARTOON SELF
If you didn't know, the San Antonio Spurs' Christmas Day game versus the Knicks will have a Disney cartoon element.
An alternate broadcast [Dunk The Halls] will feature animated Spurs and Knicks hooping on the virtual court, and guard Chris Paul got a glimpse of his cartoon counterpart.
"I ain't mad at it, though," Paul said. "He looks like he got a lot more hair than I got."
The special alternate cast of the game, “Dunk the Halls,” will appear on ESPN2, Disney+ and ESPN+, marking the first animated presentation of an NBA game.
