SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs' new home will soon be officially opened!
Spurs Sports & Entertainment and Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. will be holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, October 19, to commemorate the grand opening of the Victory Capital Performance Center.
The state-of-the-art practice facility is home to the Spurs and marks a new era in athletic training and development.
The new facility will not only be for the local NBA team but for the San Antonio community to come together.
It features nearby parks, and dog parks, and will soon host Spurs watch parties on its sprawling lawn.
According to the release, there will be special guests from Victory Capital, Bexar County, and the City of San Antonio, as well as many of the dedicated contractors and construction partners who played an integral role in this project.
The Spurs have already moved into the basketball gym ahead of the new season and conducted training camp inside the new venue.
