SAN ANTONIO — According to a report, the San Antonio Spurs have signed forward Riley Minix to a training camp deal.
Minix is listed at 6-8, 230 pounds, and played at Morehead State last year. In his senior season, he averaged 20.9 points per game and 9.1 rebounds. He went undrafted in 2024.
He scored 16 points and had four assists in 20 minutes in his Summer League debut versus the Pelicans. He scored 14 points to close out Summer League in a win over the Raptors.
He played three games in Vegas and averaged 12 points per game, including 45% shooting, 50% shooting from the three-point line, 2.0 assists, and 2.3 rebounds.
Minix will compete for a two-way deal in camp and will likely see extended play with the team's G League affiliate, Austin Spurs.
