"Tonight, they were going at us and we weren't going at them enough," Wembanyama on loss to the Thunder.

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs picked up their sixth straight loss, losing to the Oklahoma City Thunder 123-87 on the road.

Victor Wembanyama had eight points, and 14 rebounds while Devin Vassell recorded 12 points. Zach Collins had 13 points and eight rebounds in the loss. Jeremy Sochan had nine points. Keldon Johnson, Sandro Mamukelashvili, and Tre Jones were out due to injuries.

The Spurs are 3-8 on the season, and will next host the Sacramento Kings Friday night.

Here's a sample of what the teams said after the game.

SPURS

Gregg Popovich

"I realize it's a young team but two things have to happen. At one point you have to get tired of getting your (expletive) kicked and second, you have to understand it's a 48-minute game. We played 22 good minutes in the first half. The last two minutes of the first half we turned it over three times and executed nothing."

Wembanyama

"Tonight, they (Thunder) were going at us and we weren't going at them enough. We got a long-term vision. We're not close but we're on the right path."

"It's going to be a long-term project. We are experimenting with some stuff. We got a lot to adjust to."
