SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs scored a road loss against Minnesota, 114-105. The Spurs finish the Rodeo Road Trip at 1-8 and are on a five-game losing streak.
Victor Wembanyama finished with 17 points and 13 rebounds. Malaki Branham had 12 points and two rebounds. Zach Collins added five points off the bench. Devin Vassell recorded 21 points in the loss. Tre Jones added 11 points and six assists.
The Spurs recorded 23 turnovers, which led to 30 Minnesota points. The Wolves led by as many as 24 points, but the Spurs cut that lead down to six points late in the game with 33 seconds left. Minnesota's Karl Anthony-Towns did not play versus the Spurs for personal reasons.
The Spurs are 11-48 on the season and will next host the Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night to start a two-game home stand at the Frost Bank Center.

Coach Gregg Popovich:
"You can't win games when you give up 30 points off turnovers. That's the bottom line. Every time we've done this year, we've gotten our butts kicked. That happened again tonight. Everything else is pretty irrelevant."
Wembanyama:
"Of course, it's (turnovers) a major problem. It's got to start each, individual effort."
"We were being held accountable for our mistakes. This is the only way to get better. We have to make those mistakes to get better, but the quicker, the better."
