LAS VEGAS — Super Bowl weekend is right around the corner and the game plan includes more than just football.
Get ready to clap your hands and tap your toes to some uplifting R&B and gospel music the night before the big game. The "Super Bowl Soulful Celebration 25th Anniversary" special airs on KHOU 11/CBS on Feb. 10 at 7 p.m.
Earth, Wind & Fire, Kirk Franklin and Mary Mary are the headliners. Robin Thicke, country star Mickey Guyton and Rachel Platten have also been added to the lineup.
The Players Choir, an ensemble of current and former NFL players, will also perform.
The show will be hosted by Cedric the Entertainer and Tichina Arnold, stars of the CBS series "The Neighborhood."
Three NFL players will be honored for their achievements on and off the field.

- Buffalo Bills safety Damar Hamlin: New Beginnings Award
- Dallas Cowboys linebacker Markquese Bell: HBCU Player of the Year
Formerly known as the Super Bowl Gospel Celebration, the annual event was launched in 1999 during Super Bowl XXXIII.
Through the years, performers have included Snoop Dogg, Pharrell Williams, Fantasia and Gladys Knight.
