Northside ISD graduate to compete with USA National Women's Basketball Team in Colombia

This past week, Arianna Roberson crossed the stage at Clark High School. Now, she's headed to Colombia to compete with the U18 USA National Team.

SAN ANTONIO — Arianna Roberson has already garnered a plethora of accolades in her young basketball career. But now, she has the honor to serve our country as she is on her way to Colombia to compete with the U18 USA National Team

Just this past week, Roberson graduated from Clark High School where she averaged 17 points and 12 rebounds her senior year. She played a big role in bringing Clark its first state championship in school history back in 2023, where she was named the MVP of the title game.

Roberson is a 6-foot-4 center who has committed to play college ball at Duke University after a lengthy recruiting process that included top schools such as UConn, Oregon, USC and more. She is ranked as the #17 prospect in the espnW 2024 rankings and the #2 prospect in the State of Texas.

Earlier this year, she was selected to participate in the McDonald's All-American Game and the Nike Hoop Summit.

The USA National Team that Roberson is on will be competing for the 2024 FIBA U18 Americup from June 17-23 in Bucaramanga, Colombia.
