MEDINA COUNTY, Texas — A semi-trailer truck was hit by a Union Pacific train Thursday morning in Medina County, according to authorities.
At about 7:30 a.m., the stalled truck was hit by the train at the intersection of CR 5701 and FM 471 near Natalia, Texas.
Authorities say the intersection and crossing will be closed for an extended period of time as the investigation ensues.
No injuries have been reported as the driver was able to get out of the vehicle before it was hit.
