SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Fire Department has confirmed one person is dead and three others have been hospitalized after a vehicle reportedly rear ended an 18 wheeler.
Around 9 p.m., SAFD responded to a crash off of Interstate 35 and Judson Road.
Upon arrival, officials confirmed one person is dead and the three others have been hospitalized.
