Another chance for storms on Friday | KENS 5 Weather Impact Forecast

Another cold front will set us up for a good weekend with lows in the 50s and highs in the mid 70s to near 80°.

SAN ANTONIO — IMPACT ALERT DAYS: Thursday, November 7 and Friday, November 8.

REASON: Marginal risk for severe thunderstorms and heavy rain possible

There is a very slight chance for strong to severe storms primarily across western counties. Some of the stronger storms could have gusty winds and hail.

Forecast Summary

We can expect light to moderate rain Friday morning, before storms develop in the afternoon.

The severe prediction center has our area in a 1-out-of-5 risk of a severe t-storm Friday night.

We should see this system clear east of us by Friday night, early Saturday.

Friday will be the last decent rain chance for a while.
