Colder air on the way | KENS 5 Weather Impact Forecast

We'll experience a pretty dry weather pattern with the next chance for rain at only 20% Tuesday before Thanksgiving Day.

SAN ANTONIO — IMPACT ALERT DAYS: Thursday, November 21

REASON: Low temps in the lower 40s and possible light freeze in the Hill Country. 

The morning lows will be cold Thursday, but afternoon temps will rebound into the 70s.

Forecast Summary

Dry air, clear skies and now a reinforcing shot of cold air will bring the area’s first freeze of the season.

Looks like it’ll only be the Hill Country that dips near 32° Thursday morning. in San Antonio, lows near 40 that morning.

We’ll expect clear skies until the second half of the weekend as highs climb back into the 80s.

There’s a slight chance 20% of isolated showers the Tuesday and Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day.
