SAN ANTONIO — A woman and a man made it out of their stalled car, just before the Medina River overwhelmed the small vehicle.
It happened around 10 p.m. Tuesday night in south Bexar County on FM 1937.
A deputy said the couple was able to walk out of the fast rising water just as conditions became really dangerous.
A first responder who lives in the area said south Bexar County didn’t get much rain, so people may have been unprepared for the fast rise on the Medina.
