Election Results - May 28, 2024

Voters return to the polls for the second time in May to cast ballots in the Texas Primary Runoff Election on Tuesday, May 28.

Your local ballot items depend on where you live. Some Bexar County residents may not have any races on which to vote, depending on which party's primary they are participating in and whether they reside in the districts up for runoff votes.

Republican voters will decide among candidates for U.S. House races in Districts 23, 28 and 35. Incumbent Congressman Tony Gonzales faces a challenge from Brandon Herrera in District 23, while newcomers face off in the other two districts for the chance to face incumbent Democratic congressmen Henry Cuellar and Greg Casar in November.

Democratic voters in Bexar County Commissioner Precinct 1 will choose between incumbent Rebeca Clay-Flores and challenger Amanda Gonzalez. Democrats also have a runoff race for 73rd District Judge between Ana Laura Ramirez and Elizabeth Martinez.

KENS 5 will have complete Bexar County election results coverage. Download the KENS 5 app for alerts, and refresh this page for real-time results.

Results updated every 2 minutes or less (some races may update less frequently).
