SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs have announced their broadcast schedule for the 2024-25 season, which includes 14 games appearing on KENS 5, the official television station of the Spurs.
KENS 5 will tip off its game broadcast coverage with the Spurs' home opener against the Houston Rockets this Saturday, Oct. 26.
"For over two decades, KENS 5 has proudly served as the official television station of the Spurs," said Tom Cury, KENS 5 president and general manager. "We're thrilled to continue our long-lasting partnership as we head into another exciting season."
Other key games airing on KENS 5 include the two NBA Paris 2025 games against the Indiana Pacers on Thursday, Jan. 23, and Saturday, Jan. 25.
One of the Spurs' annual I-35 Series games in Austin also will air on KENS 5, as the team hosts the Detroit Pistons on Friday, Feb. 21.
Sean Elliott is back for his 24th year as lead analyst alongside new play-by-play broadcaster Jacob Tobey, who is in his first season calling Spurs basketball. Dan Weiss returns as host of the Spurs Live pregame and postgame shows.
KENS 5 sports anchor Nate Ryan will join the game coverage for select games appearing on KENS 5 this season.
TEGNA, which owns KENS 5, also has reached an agreement with the Spurs to expand coverage to two other Texas markets.

The Spurs will air a total of 76 regular season games locally, including 14 on KENS 5, 60 on FanDuel Sports Network and two on CWSA. Twenty-one Spurs games will be broadcast nationally across ESPN, TNT, ABC and NBA TV. Thursday's season opener in Dallas against the Mavericks will appear on TNT.
All Spurs games can be heard on WOAI 1200-AM with Bill Schoening. Spanish language radio broadcasts of each game with Paul Castro will be carried by KXTN AM-1350.
