SAN ANTONIO — The latest in Santikos' line of cinemas – one expected to include much more than just movie screens – will open today at 5 p.m.
In addition to a 12 theater auditorium, the cinema will also offer bowling, laser tag, arcade and other unique amenities to flesh out the entertainment experience. It will be located near I-35 and Wiederstein Road.
Both hardcore and casual moviegoers will also appreciate the reclining seats and Dolby ATMOS surround sound, features that have become mainstays for the theater industry.
“John Santikos was a pioneer in the development of theater and family entertainment venues in San Antonio, and this new location will carry forward that spirit of grandeur and innovation,” said Santikos Entertainment CEO David Holmes.
