Police say Christen fled the scene before officers arrived.

SAN ANTONIO — A man accused of stabbing two people at a southwest side apartment complex earlier in February was arrested, authorities said.

San Antonio police said 30-year-old Camden Christen was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Authorities responded to the Artisan at Mission Creek Apartments on Yarrow Boulevard around 9:45 p.m. for reports of a double stabbing on February 17.

According to an arrest affidavit, Christen was using drugs and began acting paranoid around the two victims who he temporarily lived with.

Christen and the two victims got into an argument when Christen allegedly grabbed a pocket knife and stabbed the victims, the affidavit states. One of the victims sustained injuries to the torso and the other victim was stabbed in the neck, head and stomach.

A witness said Christen fled the apartments on foot before police arrived.

The two victims were transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

Police said Christen was identified and taken into custody.

No other information was provided.
