SAN ANTONIO — Two people are in critical condition after being stabbed by a suspect who fled from the scene on the southwest side of town Saturday night.
Authorities said a man has been arrested in connection with the double stabbing.
San Antonio Police responded to the Artisan at Mission Creek Apartments on Yarrow Boulevard around 9:45 p.m. for reports of a double stabbing.
When officers arrived at the location, they found two victims. They were both taken in critical condition to BAMC to be treated for their injuries.
According to the sergeant on the scene, three people were inside an apartment when some type of altercation took place. During the disturbance, one of the men stabbed the two other people, a man and woman. The suspect then ran off.
The suspect was later identified and taken into custody, police said.
