CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Kingsville Police Department officers are looking for a man who they believe robbed Oliver’s Distinctive Jewelry while wearing a clown mask overnight Friday.
Police responded to an alarm from the store at about 3:49 a.m. and found the front door shattered.
The property was cleared, and they were able to retrieve video surveillance footage of a man in a clown mask kicking the door in and using a small trash can from the store to dump jewelry in before leaving the way he came in.
The jewelry is valued at several thousand dollars.
Police said some evidence was found several blocks from the scene.
Anyone with information about the suspect can call KPD at (361) 592-4311 or (361) 592-4636.
