SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs' Chris Paul has teamed up with a local Dick's Sporting Goods to compete with other stores in Texas (Dallas, Austin, and Houston) to find out which athlete from that city has the best holiday decorating skills.
Paul put his decorating eye to use in making the 321 Northwest Loop 410 Dick's store a "Merry Swish-mas" with a Christmas meets basketball theme.
He added a basketball Christmas tree complete with a scoreboard, a barn with a hoop in honor of San Antonio, and so much more, including setting time for him to get in some shopping.
The winning store and athlete will receive a "unique" trophy with a $100,000 donation to the local community.
Check out Paul bringing holiday cheer to San Antonio at Dick's and visit the store to help him beat the other Texas cities.
Remember to try his snacks, "Good Eat'n," which are now in San Antonio H-E-B stores.

NEW POPOVICH MURAL COMING TO SAN ANTONIO
Spurs fans will have another mural to visit to honor Gregg Popovich.
The mural, created by local artists JC Art and Michael Sanchez, features the Spurs head coach leaning on one of his five NBA titles and his silhouette behind him.
This is a touching tribute to the long-time team head coach as he recovers from a mild stroke. The mural is at the Amols, 227 Fredericksburg Rd., 78201.
Pop isn't the only one on the team getting a new mural.
Victor Wembanyama recently got a massive new mural that includes some of the city's culture!
