New Spurs Fan Shop is coming soon; Summer Spurs close out California Classic with a win

Construction on the new Spurs shop will begin in July.

SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs have announced that a new team merchandise store is coming to The Rock at La Cantera.

The store will be located on the first floor of the Victory Capital Performance Center.

The Spurs say it will also feature interactive displays tied to key moments throughout the year, such as summer league, draft, and opening night. In addition to Spurs team merchandise, the store will exclusively carry The Rock at La Cantera apparel, featuring the logo of the Spurs campus.

“The Spurs Fan Shop presented by Victory Capital is designed to provide an interactive, fan-centric retail experience and will give the public an exclusive opportunity to shop at the Victory Capital Performance Center,” said Becky Kimbro, Senior Vice President of Brand Engagement at Spurs Sports & Entertainment in a statement. “We’ve always strived to provide a memorable shopping experience for fans of all tastes and budgets at our arena Fan Shop, with exclusive drops and collections you can’t find anywhere else, and we could not be happier to bring that same approach to our Rock campus shop for all to enjoy, supported by the partnership and enthusiasm of Victory Capital.”

Construction on the new retail space will begin in July, with an expected grand opening in fall 2024 for the NBA regular season. Once open, the Spurs Fan Shop at the Victory Capital Performance Center will be open seven days a week, year-round.

The Spurs also stated that the Frost Bank Center Fan Shop closed in June for renovations and will reopen in the fall with updated design features such as new digital elements and a dedicated line queue area to offer a modernized and improved shopping experience.
