Barkley aims at San Antonio once again, and Spurs fans are reacting.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs rookie phenom Stephon Castle is opening eyes with his play on the court, and the recent NBA Rookie Ladder is giving him his due.

Castle skyrocketed to the No. 2 spot in this week's edition after coming in at No. 6 last week. 76ers' Jared McCain is at the No. 1 spot.

"Big climb this week, as much for poise as good numbers as San Antonio went 3-0," posted the NBA.

CHARLES BARKLEY TAKES ANOTHER POTSHOT AT SAN ANTONIO

It didn't take long into the new NBA season for Charles Barkley to slam the City of San Antonio.

During Tuesday’s “Inside the NBA” broadcast, Barkley was discussing Spurs' Victor Wembanyama when he threw some backhanded shade at the city's residents.

“He’s (Wembanyama) the only guy in San Antonio who can’t gain any weight," Barkley laughed.

Some Spurs fans reacted to the latest verbal jab and had this to say:

This is not new from Barkley. He's repeated the same chatter throughout his broadcasting career, and by now, most Spurs fans are just bored with his antics.
