Spurs' Victor Wembanyama gets the anime treatment; Jazz player predicts big things for Wemby

Utah's Jordan Clarkson predicts Wemby will accomplish something unprecedented in the NBA.

SAN ANTONIO — The 2024 Olympics are over, and San Antonio Spurs' Victor Wembanyama and Team France won the silver medal after losing to Team USA in the gold medal round.

But the fun did not stop at the sound of the final buzzer.

In a Japanese anime-inspired video, Wemby is depicted as an unstoppable force, but only to be defeated by USA's Stephen Curry and LeBron James in the gold medal game.

Check out the short anime battle between Curry, James, and Wemby via Bleacher Report.

The anime drew inspiration from Dragon Ball Z Super's incredible final battle, in which long-time rivals Goku and Freeza team up to take on the mighty Jiren in the Tournament of Power.

Wemby also walked away with being named to the Olympic All-Star Five team and named a rising star.

JAZZ PLAYER ANTICIPATES INCREDIBLE THINGS FOR WEMBY

Utah's Jordan Clarkson shared his thoughts on the Spurs center on social media and foresees great things ahead for him.

In sum, the San Antonio native predicts Wemby will win every award the NBA offers during his career.

That is a lofty and unprecedented goal, but Wemby has a long way to go before that happens.

His NBA career is just beginning, and amassing each NBA award would be a tall task.

But then again, would anyone be amazed if it happened?
