Wembanyama, Team France cruise to lopsided win over Turkey; Sochan, Team Poland lose to Bahamas

Wemby led France to an easy exhibition game win against Turkey.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs' Victor Wembanyama and Team France started their Olympic exhibition slate against Turkey, cruising to an easy 96-46 win.

Wembanyama finished with 24 points, six rebounds, four assists, and three blocks in 20 minutes.

France is seriously threatening Team USA at the 2024 Olympic basketball tournament.

SOCHAN AND POLAND LOST AGAINST THE BAHAMAS

Spurs' Jeremy Sochan and Team Poland lost a crucial game against Deandre Ayton and the Bahamas at the FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament, 90-81.

Sochan finished with 16 points and 10 rebounds and showed an impressive defensive moment.
