SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Spurs (7-30) will host the Chicago Bulls (18-22) tonight for their second game of a back-to-back. The Spurs are on a two-game winning streak.
GAME REWIND
The Spurs are coming off a home win versus the Hornets, 135-99.
The Spurs recorded 47% three-point shooting for the game and had 31 assists to cruise to the win.
Victor Wembanyama had 26 points and 11 rebounds on the night. Jeremy Sochan had 13 points and six rebounds. Keldon Johnson added 10 points and two rebounds off the bench. Devin Vassell recorded 12 points in the win while Tre Jones added six points and seven assists.
“We kept a good pace at the start of the game. Neither team could really make a shot. We got it together as far as getting some buckets to go down. Just thought they were pretty solid at both ends of the floor tonight and had good performances by a good number of people," Gregg Popovich said. "We had over 30 assists again and that's always a great sign that we're moving well and finding open people. They look like they're beginning to understand how to play with each other."
